Returns & Exchanges:

YOMP wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we want to make it easy for you to exchange or return your purchase.

Returns:

Simply mail your return(s) back to us with all packaging (if available) and a copy of your packing slip. Total product cost will be refunded when product is received in clean, reusable condition. Outgoing shipping costs are not refundable.

*Please note, Yomp only provides pre-paid return labels in the case of a shipping error on our part. Unwanted product is returned at the purchaser's expense.

To exchange a newly purchased and unused item for a different product, you have a couple of options:

Please contact our customer experience team at: returns@shopyomp.com with the exchange request and let them know your desired product. After approval, please mail your product along with a copy of your packing slip to the address below:
